Before Booking

Ensure you’re a good candidate for cosmetic tattooing to avoid last minute cancellations if we learn that you are not a good candidate. Retainer fees are non-refundable. 

It’s recommended that you align your social events with the aftercare. It’s important to follow the aftercare so you have beautiful long lasting brows!

We try our very best to respond as soon as possible but please allow 24 hours to get back to you. Thank you for your patience. 

Retainer fees are NON-Refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions will be made. Book only if you’re ready to make a commitment to show up. We typically book far out in advance, which means by booking a spot, we are turning away other potential clients. Thank you for understanding!

Consultations are included on the same day of your procedure. This is when we talk about all of your questions and concerns, as well as go over your lifestyle and what to expect during the process of your cosmetic tattooing. 

Still want to meet in person before booking? No problem! Once you determine if you are a good candidate, feel free to book a 30-minute “ Consultation Only” on our booking site. This spot is specifically for consulting. This does not mean you will get to do your brows after the consultation. We would need to rebook another session when you are ready to do so.

Fees

A non refundable and non-transferrable retainer fee is required for any procedure, which will be applied towards the total cost.  We require 7 days notice to reschedule/cancel your appointment. Any appointments that are cancelled within the 7 days will incur a $30 rebooking fee which will be applied at the time of service. Clients are responsible for rescheduling.

Payments

All payments are due the day of procedure. We accept cash, major debit/credit cards, Venmo, and Cash App. We do not accept checks or offer payment plans. However, if you need a payment plan, upon approval, PayPal credit is available with no interest if paid off in 6 months. All credit cards and invoices will incur a 3% processing fee.

Rescheduling | Cancellations

New Procedure: If you reschedule your appointment over the 7 days notice, your deposit will be credited to your new appointment. If you cancel/reschedule your appointment with less than the 7 days notice, your deposit is non-transferrable and you will be required to book a new appointment. To rebook a New Brows session, please do so online using our scheduling system, a new non-refundable retainer fee is due which will be counted towards the remaining balance and the old retainer fee is forfeited.

Touch-Ups: If you reschedule/cancel your appointment with less than the 7 days notice, a fee of $50 is due to get a new date via Venmo or Cash app.

Same Day Cancellations: All new appointments that cancel the day- of, will be charged 50% of the total procedure price. All new clients who cancel on the same day or and don’t reschedule are not allowed to rebook. Same day reschedules for NEW CLIENTS require a new booking meaning new deposit. Same day reschedules for EXISTING CLIENTS require a $50 rebooking fee due at the time of rebooking.

All bookings should receive a confirmation email, if you did not receive one, then your booking is not confirmed.

No Shows

No call no shows are not allowed to rebook for all clients. 50% of the total procedure price will be charged for no call no shows.

Results

Results will vary with each individual client and are extremely dependent on how one heals. Successful results are not guaranteed (especially on those with problematic skin) and additional sessions, at an additional charge, may be required to obtain desired results. Although we use premium products and provide quality service, every client heals differently and many factors can lead to varied results. All services are non-refundable.

Healed results will vary with each individual client and using a pencil or powder may still be needed. We have no control over what occurs during the healing process. Absolutely NO guarantee will be made and additional sessions may be required to obtain optimal results. Additional charges will apply.

Tardiness

We will do our best to accommodate you if you are running late but after 20 minutes we cannot guarantee we will be able to take you. If we must cancel/reschedule your appointment due to being late, your deposit is forfeited and non-transferrable.

Guest Policy

Cosmetic tattooing is an art that requires focus and very fine attention to detail. Only the artist and the client getting the procedure done are allowed in the treatment room. All guests must wait in the waiting area and headphones must be used. Guest’s phone conversations must be taken outside of the studio.

We kindly request that you do not bring:

  • Children that require your care and attention
  • More than two companions 
  • Pets

Previously Tattooed Eyebrows

If you have an existing eyebrow tattoo, you MUST talk to Sokkha before setting your appointment. Sometimes we cannot cover an old tattoo without removal treatments, and this is why it’s imperative that you consult with your artist beforehand so she can assess whether you are a candidate. If you show up to your appointment without disclosing your previous brow tattoo, we may not be able to perform the new treatment, in which case your deposit would not be refunded.

Phones, Videos and Pictures

Feel free to take as many photos and videos as you like so long as it does not interfere with timing and our artists creative process. We understand that you may need to be accessible to your family and work, please keep conversations to the point, NOT on speaker and or FaceTime so we can complete your eyebrows in a timely manner without disturbing the flow of our creative process.
