We don’t start until you love the shape.
We start by chatting about your goals. Do you want fluffy and natural? Defined and bold? We analyze your bone structure, skin type, and lifestyle to recommend the optimal technique for you.
Cindy uses a caliper and string method to map out the ideal shape based on your unique facial measurements. We hand you the mirror, and we tweak the drawing together. We do not begin the process until you are 100% in love with the shape.
Once the design is approved, we discuss the colors that best matches your natural brow hair, skin undertones, and your desire in the level of saturation of color. Taking into account how you'd like your healed brows to look like. We can begin conservatively and build up. The choice is yours.
Cindy works her magic using the specific technique you choose (Nano, Combo, or Powder). Afterward, we do the big reveal (maybe make some tweaks), hand you your Aftercare Kit, and send you home with beautiful, waterproof brows!
Most clients are surprised by how comfortable it is! We use a premium topical anesthetic during the process to keep you comfortable. Most clients rate the pain a 2 or 3 out of 10—some even fall asleep during the session which is the BIGGEST compliment.

To get the best results, you need to keep the brow area clean for 10 days.
We specialize in “Undetectable” results. We prefer to start conservatively—we can always add more density at your touch-up, but we can’t take it away. Also, remember that “Fresh” brows always look darker/sharper. Once healed (after roughly 10 days), the color softens significantly into a natural, powdery finish that blends with your look.
